I am a 19 year old student majoring in nutrition. I grew eating nothing but junk food despite the fact that I have been a figure skater my whole life. In May of 2013, I decided I needed to make a life change and started eating health. I discovered my love for fitness and became a certified personal trainer in August of 2013.

    Hi!

    So I have gotten a lot of new followers lately (thanks for following me!). Just so you know you can ask me any question: personal questions, fitness questions, anything really, or you can vent or whatever you want. I am a certified personal trainer so I can probably answer any fitness question and I have been told by my friends that I am really good at giving advice (especially family/friend advice). Also, if there is a way that I can improve my blog let me know!
